About Me

Hi, I’m Celeste — a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and parents navigating life’s challenges.

My approach is gentle, holistic, and grounded in real connection. I believe therapy isn’t just about changing thoughts — it’s about reconnecting with yourself, your body, and your story. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, CBT, and mindfulness, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Together, we’ll create a space that’s safe, warm, and non-judgemental — where you can begin to explore what’s underneath, shift stuck patterns, and feel your way back to you.

“You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
Sometimes the softest steps lead us back to the strongest parts of ourselves”.
